Scans contract text for risky clauses, scores legal exposure, compares clauses to standards, and generates negotiation-oriented risk reports. Use this API to review vendor or customer contracts before signature, find liability, IP assignment, non-compete, termination, and renewal risks, and prepare a prioritized negotiation brief for legal review. Part of the Logic Igniter Legal & Compliance Suite.
