Which versions this covers
Wallwhirl is made by LogicIgniter. This notice covers its offline guest play and the ad-supported Android versions described below. Publishing this notice does not mean a version is publicly available. Earlier or deliberately ad-free builds may not contain advertising, and other platform hosts do not use this Android advertising flow. For questions, email [email protected].
Your game and settings stay on your device
The full game works offline without an account or sign-in. Your current run, completed-session history and settings are saved privately on your device when storage is available. LogicIgniter has no server receiving this progress and adds no app analytics or crash reporting. Google’s privacy tools may keep their own choices on the device. The age choice and advertising cadence are held in memory separately from gameplay saves; restoring a completed result never earns a new ad opportunity.
A session-only age choice
On a non-TV Android device with ads enabled, a neutral screen offers Under 18, 18 or older, or Skip. No date of birth is entered, stored or sent. Only your chosen group is kept in memory for this app session; a new session asks again. Every choice keeps the full game available. Under 18 and Skip both use Google’s child age-restricted treatment, an under-age-of-consent flag for its consent service, and G-rated advertising. Unknown age is never treated as adult. All ad requests, including adult requests, explicitly ask for non-personalised advertising. TV does not ask this question or make app-authored consent or ad calls.
Consent and advertising privacy choices
Ad-supported Android versions use Google Mobile Ads 25.4.0 and Google’s User Messaging Platform 4.0.0. The game starts its consent host only after an age-group choice on an eligible non-TV device. It completes Google’s privacy check and any required form before initialising Mobile Ads or requesting an ad, and requests ads only when Google’s current consent status allows them. Non-personalised and restricted treatment do not bypass this check. Where Google requires it, “Ad privacy choices” on the game’s privacy screen reopens your choices. Changes apply to future requests, not information already received by Google. Refusal, an unavailable ad, offline operation or an advertising failure never makes an ad necessary to play.
When an ad may appear
An interstitial can appear only when you confirm a restart after a newly completed session. It requires at least three new session completions and three minutes of active gameplay before the first ad and between ads, so no more than one can appear per three active minutes. Menus, result screens, interruptions, advertising and background time earn no active time. Repeated or restored results earn no new completion credit, and a new app session starts conservatively with no advertising time or credits. Launching the game, reaching a result, timers and lifecycle returns never show an ad; ads never interrupt gameplay. Google’s software may load an ad in advance after the privacy check permits it. If an ad is unavailable, the confirmed restart continues immediately; otherwise it continues once after the ad closes or fails. A later load cannot interrupt play.
Information handled by Google
Google’s advertising and consent software may collect and share your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or account-related identifiers where available, diagnostic information, and app or ad interactions. Google processes this information for its advertising and consent services, analytics, security and fraud prevention under its own policies. Non-personalised advertising still involves data processing. These Android builds remove Advertising ID and AdServices identifier permissions, but this is not a promise that Google receives no identifiers. SDK startup may make limited connections even when the game requests no ads; an ad-free session does not guarantee zero SDK network traffic. The game does not send a birth date or gameplay progress to Google or LogicIgniter.
Keeping and deleting information
Android backup and device transfer are disabled for the game’s progress and settings. Clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall it to remove its local records. Restart replaces the current run; it does not erase completed-session history or settings. LogicIgniter cannot retrieve or delete progress it never receives. Google controls retention and deletion of information it receives under its own policies and privacy settings.
Google’s policies
Read Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner apps and Google’s Android advertising data disclosure. App stores and operating systems handle download and device information under their own policies.
