Window Juggle Privacy Policy

Last updated 12 October 2026 · Release in preparation · Applies to Window Juggle for Android and for iPhone and iPad

Who we are

Window Juggle is an arcade game made by LogicIgniter. This policy explains what information the game handles on Android and on iPhone and iPad, why, and the choices you have. For any question about it, email [email protected].

Who the game is for

Window Juggle is intended for people aged 13 and older. The whole game is playable by everyone, offline, without an account; there is no sign-in, cloud save, analytics or crash reporting. Advertising is shown only to players who confirm they are adults (18 or older) on phones and tablets. Players under 18, players who skip the age question and players whose age is unknown play without the game starting Google’s consent or advertising flow. On TV the game asks no age question and shows no ads.

Information saved on your device

Your progress (the shifts you have played and finished, with your attempts, best scores and stars, which practice waves you have played, the shift you were on, and your daily shifts) and your sound, haptics, language, quiet-motion and Assisted mode preferences are saved in the game’s private app storage on your device. So are the records the game uses to limit how often an ad can appear (which breaks have had their chance, first finishes waiting for the next break, and when the last ad was shown) and the privacy choices Google’s consent tools store on the device. Your streak is worked out from your saved days; nothing extra is saved for it. Nicknames you type for taking turns stay in memory and are never saved. The game’s sounds are generated on your device: on Android they are kept in the app’s private cache, and on iPhone and iPad only in memory. On iPhone and iPad, to apply your language choice the game sets its own language in its iOS preferences, where Google’s consent and advertising software also saves your privacy choices and its own data. Window Juggle does not send your birth date or your gameplay to LogicIgniter. We do not operate servers that receive your gameplay, and Window Juggle has no accounts, sign-in, cloud saves, analytics or crash reporting of its own.

The age question

On phones and tablets, a neutral screen asks for your date of birth or lets you skip. Your date of birth is checked on your device and then discarded: it is never saved or sent anywhere. Only the resulting group (adult, under 18 or unknown) is kept in memory for the current session; when the game starts again, it asks again. For adults, the game tells Google’s consent service that the player is not under the age of consent. This flag does not include your date of birth. Confirming your age is not consent to personalized advertising.

Advertising

For adult players on phones and tablets, the game uses Google Mobile Ads to show a full-screen ad only when you tap Next shift after finishing a shift for the first time: at most once for each shift, and only after at least two newly completed shifts since the last ad or app restart. Ads never appear during play, on a timer, at launch, on a replay, when you share, after a practice wave, after a shift you are visiting from a link or on TV, and at most once every four minutes. Ads are requested only after the consent check and any required form are complete. If an ad is unavailable, the game simply continues; ads are never needed to play, and network or consent failures never block the game. Ads use Google’s G (general audience) content rating.

Your advertising privacy choices

Before any ad is requested for an adult player, the game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check your privacy choices and, where the law where you live requires it, to show Google’s consent form. Ads are requested only when your choices allow it. Where Google requires it, you can change your choices later from the advertising privacy options in the game. On iPhone and iPad the game does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and requests non-personalized ads, and adults can choose “Report an ad” in the game’s settings, which prepares an email to [email protected] containing only the app version, OS version, device family and time. Changing a choice affects future requests; it does not delete information Google has already received.

Information Google collects through the game

Google’s advertising and consent software is part of the game on phones and tablets. When it runs, Google can collect and process approximate location derived from your IP address, app interactions such as launches and ad views and taps, diagnostics and crash information about the advertising software, and device or account identifiers (on iPhone and iPad, limited to this app or its developer). Google encrypts this traffic with TLS. On Android, the game removes the advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions, but on some Android versions Google’s software may still read the advertising ID, and the game declares that use to Google Play. On iPhone and iPad, the game never asks for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission, so Google’s software cannot use your device’s advertising identifier. Window Juggle itself has no accounts and creates no user IDs. Google uses this information for app functionality, analytics, advertising and marketing, and fraud prevention, security and compliance under its own privacy policy. Google’s software can also make limited startup connections when the game opens, regardless of your age answer, although the game does not request ads for players under 18 or of unknown age, or on TV.

Permissions

The game uses network access only for Google’s consent and advertising services; the shifts work offline. It uses vibration (on iPhone and iPad, the device’s haptics) for optional feedback, which follows your device’s touch-feedback or System Haptics setting and the Haptics switch in the game. It does not ask for camera, microphone, contacts or location access, and on iPhone and iPad it does not ask for permission to track you. Sound is generated on your device.

Sharing, replays and friend comparison

Sharing happens only when you tap Share; Android TV has no Share button. The game makes a short animation of your busiest three seconds, or a picture of your shift, on your device and hands it, with a short message and links, to the app you choose. They contain no personal information. A shift link names only the shift and your result on it: your score, the items you saved, your home deliveries and close saves, and your stars. A replay link carries that shift, how it stood when those three seconds began (your score, hearts, held items, delivery streak, the glove’s position and which items were already done), the moves you made in those three seconds (how you moved the glove and where you threw), and whether you played at Assisted pace, which is marked if any part of the run was. A take-turns standings card shows only “Player 1”, “Player 2” and their scores, never nicknames. No link carries your name, device, account, location or the time you played. Window Juggle does not send, upload or keep anything about what you share; the app you choose handles it under its own terms.

Shared files

On Android, the animation (a GIF) or picture is written to a temporary file in the app’s private cache so the app you choose can read it; files older than about an hour are removed when the app starts and after each share, except the two most recent. If the file cannot be prepared or the share menu cannot open, the message and links are copied to the clipboard instead. On iPhone and iPad, the animation is written to a temporary file in the app’s temporary folder so the app you choose can read it; before each new one, animation files older than about an hour are removed, except the two most recent. The picture is handed over directly, without a file, and if you choose Save Image, iOS asks before it is added to Photos. If the share sheet cannot open, the message and links are copied to the clipboard instead.

Opening a friend’s link

Opening a shift link starts that shift on your device: one calm practice wave, then the same two-minute rush (as a visit if you have not unlocked that shift yet), and the result card then shows your friend’s result and yours side by side. Opening a replay link plays that replay on your device. Your friend’s result is read from the link; the game does not send the link anywhere or keep it. The web pages that open shift and replay links in a browser read the code in your browser and do not store it; they set no cookies and load no analytics or tracking.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Keeping and deleting information

On Android, information saved on your device stays there until you clear the game’s storage in your device settings or uninstall it, and backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off for the game’s data. On iPhone and iPad, delete the game from the Home Screen or in Settings › General › iPhone Storage (iPad Storage on iPad); offloading the app keeps your data. The game’s own saved files are excluded from iCloud and computer backups, but iOS can back up the app’s iOS preferences, which hold the language the game applies and what Google’s consent and advertising software saves there. Because LogicIgniter does not receive or store your gameplay or advertising data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Google keeps and deletes information it receives under its own policies; you can manage it through your Google settings and the links below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. For information held by Google, use Google’s privacy tools. For any request or question about Window Juggle, email [email protected] and we will help. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game’s advertising flow, contact us.

Google’s policies

Read Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from apps that use its services, Google’s advertising data disclosure for Android and its guidance for iOS apps. Google Play, the App Store and your device’s operating system also process information under their own policies when you download and use apps.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy, and the date above, before Window Juggle changes how it handles information. For questions, contact [email protected]. Information you choose to email is used only to respond to you; please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. LogicIgniter’s website and business services have a separate privacy overview.
