Wobble Porter Privacy Policy

Who we are
Wobble Porter is a balance game made by LogicIgniter. This policy explains what information the game handles on Android (phones, tablets and Android TV) and on iPhone and iPad, why, and the choices you have. For any question about it, email [email protected].
Who the game is for
Wobble Porter is intended for people aged 13 and older. The whole game is playable by everyone, offline, without an account. Advertising is shown only to players who confirm they are adults (18 or older) on phones and tablets. Players under 18, players who skip the age question and players whose age is unknown play everything without the game starting Google’s consent or advertising flow. On Android TV the game asks no age question and shows no ads.
Information saved on your device
Your progress (the routes and halls you have finished, how many times you have played each route and day, your stars, your best hauls, your tallest stacks, the days you played Today’s run and the route you were on, which opens again at launch) and your sound, haptics, language, quiet-motion and confirm-drops preferences are saved in the game’s private app storage on your device. On Android, the sounds the game generates are also kept in its private cache. So are the records the game uses to limit how often an ad can appear (which routes have had their chance, a first delivery whose ad break waits for your tap on Next route, and when the last ad was shown) and the privacy choices Google’s consent tools store on the device. Your streak is worked out from your saved days; nothing extra is saved for it. On iPhone and iPad, to apply your language choice the game sets its own language in its iOS preferences, where Google’s consent and advertising software also saves your privacy choices and its own data. Your balance-guide and danger-pause settings, and whether you have seen the balance primer, are saved with your progress. When you open a friend’s link to a delivery, the result it carries (the route, the haul, the bags, the stars, the stack’s height, whether the danger pause was on and whether a replay of that run exists, never a name) is kept on your device so the game can show your friend’s best beside yours; at most 32 are kept, the oldest removed first. Links to runs that were not delivered, and links from earlier versions of the game, are not kept. The moves in a replay link are only played back, never kept. Wobble Porter does not send your birth date or your gameplay to LogicIgniter. We do not operate servers that receive your gameplay, and Wobble Porter has no accounts, sign-in, cloud saves, analytics or crash reporting of its own.
The age question
On phones and tablets, a neutral screen asks for your date of birth or lets you skip before you play. The whole game is the same with either choice. Your date of birth is checked on your device and then discarded: it is never saved or sent anywhere. Only the resulting group (adult, under 18 or unknown) is kept in memory for the current app session and is never saved; when the game starts again, it asks again. For adults, the game tells Google’s consent service that the player is not under the age of consent. This flag does not include your date of birth. Confirming your age is not consent to personalized advertising.
Advertising
For adult players on phones and tablets, the game uses Google Mobile Ads to show one full-screen ad opportunity when you tap Next route after delivering on a route for the first time: at most once for each route, never after the practice route or a route you are visiting from a link, never on a replay or when you share, and at most once every ten minutes. Only a delivery counts: a run that ends in a fallen stack, a closed gate or not enough luggage never leads to an ad. Never on a timer, at launch, while you are playing a route or on Android TV. If an ad is unavailable, the game simply continues; ads are never needed to play, and network or consent failures never block the game. Ads use Google’s G (general audience) content rating.
Your advertising privacy choices
Before any ad is requested for an adult player, the game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check your privacy choices and, where the law where you live requires it, to show Google’s consent form. Ads are requested only after that check and any required form are complete, and only when your choices allow it. Where Google requires it, “Advertising privacy options” in the game’s settings reopens your advertising privacy choices. On iPhone and iPad the game does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt, asks Google for non-personalized ads only and turns off Google’s publisher first-party ID, and adults can choose “Report an ad” in the game’s settings, which prepares an email to [email protected] containing only the app version, OS version, device family and time. Changing a choice affects future requests; it does not delete information Google has already received.
Information Google collects through the game
In adult sessions on phones and tablets, Google’s advertising and consent services can process your IP address, which may indicate approximate location, app interactions such as launch and ad events, diagnostic and crash information about the advertising software, and device or account identifiers (on iPhone and iPad, device identifiers limited to this app or its developer). Google encrypts this traffic with TLS. On Android, the game removes the advertising-ID and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions, but on some Android versions Google’s software may still read the advertising ID, and the game declares that use to Google Play. On iPhone and iPad, the game never asks for Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission, so Google’s software cannot use your device’s advertising identifier. Wobble Porter itself has no accounts and creates no user IDs. Google uses this information for app functionality, analytics, advertising and measurement, and fraud prevention, security and compliance, under its own privacy policy. Google’s software is part of the app and can make limited network connections when the app starts, whatever your age answer, although the game makes no consent or ad requests for players under 18 or of unknown age, or on Android TV.
Permissions
The game uses network access only for Google’s consent and advertising services; the routes work offline. It uses vibration (on iPhone and iPad, the device’s haptics) for optional feedback, which follows your device’s touch-feedback or System Haptics setting and the Haptics switch in the game. It does not ask for camera, microphone, contacts or location access, and on iPhone and iPad it does not ask for permission to track you. Sound is generated on your device: on Android the generated sounds are kept in the app’s private cache, and on iPhone and iPad only in memory.
Sharing and manifest links
Sharing happens only when you tap Share, Share replay or Reply, on phones and tablets; Android TV has no Share, Share replay or Reply buttons. Share draws a picture of your stack on your device and hands it, with a short message and a link, to the app you choose. The link carries a short manifest code made of the route (its hall, number and version, or the day of Today’s run), which also fixes its loading order, how your run there ended, whether the danger pause was on and whether a replay of the run exists. Only after a delivery does it also carry your haul, the number of bags, your stars and your stack’s height at the gate; after a fallen stack, a closed gate or not enough luggage, the picture and the code show only the route, how it ended and those two flags. Anyone who opens the link can see these and play the same route with the same bags. Neither the picture nor the link contains your name, an account or any other personal information, and a manifest code never carries your inputs, the bags’ kinds or when you played. Wobble Porter does not send, upload or keep anything about what you share; the app you choose handles it under its own terms.
Replays and replies
Share replay also draws an animated picture (a GIF) of your run’s closest call on your device. Its link is normally a replay link; if that moment cannot be packed into one, it is a route link like Share’s. A replay link carries the route, your result, where the trolley, the stack and the chutes stood at the start of that moment (the bags on the trolley with their kinds and positions, the stack’s lean, the porter’s position and how far each loading chute’s queue has gone) and up to 5 seconds of your inputs (where you steered the trolley and when you loaded or threw a bag), so the game can replay that moment. After you play a friend’s link, Reply shares a link with your own result for the same route. None of these contain your name or any other personal information.
Shared files
On Android, the picture and the replay GIF are written to a temporary file in the app’s private cache so the app you choose can read them; files older than about an hour are removed, except the two most recent, after each share and when the app starts. If the file cannot be prepared or the share menu cannot open, the message and link are copied to the clipboard instead. On iPhone and iPad, the picture is kept in memory and not saved as a file by the game, and if you choose Save Image, iOS asks before it is added to Photos. The replay GIF is written to a temporary file in the app’s storage so the share sheet can hand it on; files older than about an hour are removed, except the two most recent. If the share sheet cannot open, the message and link are copied to the clipboard instead.
Opening a friend’s link
Opening a manifest or replay link starts that route on your device; a replay link first plays your friend’s closest call. A route in a hall you have not opened yet, Today’s run before you have delivered every Palm Court route, or a day that has not started yet on your device opens as a visit: playable, but not saved, not counted toward your progress and never followed by an ad. A route you have unlocked opens and counts as usual, and can be followed by the first-delivery ad break when you tap Next route. The link itself is not sent anywhere. If it carries a friend’s delivery, that result is kept on your device as described under “Information saved on your device”; a replay link’s moves are never kept. The web pages that open manifest and replay links in a browser read the code in your browser and do not store it; they set no cookies and load no analytics or tracking.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Keeping and deleting information
On Android, information saved on your device stays there until you clear Wobble Porter’s app storage in your device settings or uninstall it, and cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off for the game’s data. On iPhone and iPad, delete the Wobble Porter app from the Home Screen or in Settings › General › iPhone Storage (iPad Storage on iPad); offloading the app keeps your data. The game’s own saved files are excluded from iCloud and computer backups, but iOS can back up the app’s iOS preferences, which hold the language the game applies and what Google’s consent and advertising software saves there. Because LogicIgniter does not receive or store your gameplay or advertising data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Removing local data does not delete information Google has already processed; Google keeps and deletes information it receives under its own policies, and you can manage it through your Google settings and the links below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. For information held by Google, use Google’s privacy tools. For any request or question about Wobble Porter, email [email protected] and we will help. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game’s advertising flow, contact us.
Google’s policies
Read Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from apps that use its services, Google’s advertising data disclosure for Android and its guidance for iOS apps. Google Play, the App Store and your device’s operating system also process download and device information under their own policies.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy, and the date above, before Wobble Porter changes how it handles information. For questions, contact [email protected]. Information you choose to email is used only to respond to you; please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. LogicIgniter’s website and business services have a separate privacy overview.
